Taxiatoz provides a platform that connects passengers with independent third-party drivers. Taxiatoz does not provide transportation services itself; it acts as an intermediary for booking and payment.
3. Fares & Payment
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and service type.
- You agree to pay the fare displayed at the end of the trip.
- Payment can be made via cash or available digital payment methods in the app.
- A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel a ride after a certain period.
4. User Conduct
You agree to treat drivers with respect. Any form of harassment, violence, or damage to the driver's vehicle may lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
Taxiatoz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our platform. While we verify drivers, passengers use the service at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
